Accepting these terms

SportX is operated by Impetus Network. By signing in to or using SportX, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SportX helps run sports tournaments, clubs and federations: registration, draws, scheduling, courtside scoring by referees, and live results and standings. Viewing a public tournament needs no account. We may add, change or stop a feature.

Accounts

You sign in with Impetus ID and are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your device and your Impetus ID account secure.

A referee account issued by an organiser is only for its set tournament and match day. Do not share a referee password with anyone who has not been asked to score.

Organisers' responsibilities

If you create a tournament, club or federation, you are responsible for the data you enter and publish. In particular, you undertake to:

• have athletes' consent before entering and publishing their name, birth year, club, photo or phone number;
• for athletes who are children, have the consent of a parent or guardian;
• only enter the data the tournament needs, and keep it accurate;
• choose the right visibility (public or unlisted) for the tournament;
• handle the correction and deletion requests athletes send you.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• post content that is unlawful, abusive, false or infringes other people's rights;
• upload other people's photos or data without the right to do so;
• access SportX without authorisation, probe it, overload it or try to break it;
• scrape personal data in bulk from public pages;
• use SportX for betting or match fixing.

We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you when we can.

Your content and our licence

Content you enter (tournaments, photos, results, posts) stays yours or its lawful owner's. You grant Impetus Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, display and distribute that content to run and present SportX, for example showing the tournament page, share images, and, for public tournaments, search engine listings. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for existing backups and results others have already used lawfully.

The SportX name, logo, interface and source code belong to Impetus Network.

AI assistant

The AI assistant, in SportX or through ChatGPT and Claude, can be wrong. You are responsible for checking a proposal before you confirm it, and for checking the tournament data after the assistant changes it.

Third-party services

SportX works with Impetus ID, Zalo, ChatGPT, Claude and other services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The service "as is"

SportX is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the service running and the data accurate, but do not guarantee that it will never be interrupted or free of errors. A tournament's official results are decided by its organiser.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Impetus Network is not liable for indirect damage, lost data, lost revenue or result disputes arising from the use of SportX. This limit does not apply to damage we cause intentionally, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using SportX and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of the page. For a significant change, we announce it on SportX before it takes effect. Using SportX after that date means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, they go to a competent court in Vietnam.
