When teams are level, apply in order:
- 1.Table points
- 2.Head-to-head (mini-table between tied teams)
- 3.Score difference
- 4.Total points or goals scored
- 5.Fewest points or goals conceded
- 6.Matches won
Head-to-head creates a mini-table using only matches between the tied teams. If they remain level, the next criterion applies.
